Payment
I accept payments via PayPal, which allows you to pay with your debit or credit card as well as your PayPal account.
Shipping
Shipping is included in the price of all the products in my shop. All items are carefully packed to ensure safe shipment. Tracking is included unless stated differently in the product description.
Original art is shipped from my little home studio in Spain.
For prints, I work with a fulfillment company. Your order will be printed and shipped from the United States, Europe, Australia, or Canada based on your address.
Refunds and Exchanges
Orders may be canceled for a full refund as long as the order has not yet shipped. Contact me to check on the status of your order. Returns are accepted if I am notified within three days of your receipt of the item, and the item is mailed back within seven days of receipt in the condition in which it was received. I will issue a full refund minus the shipping fee as soon as I receive the item.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please, contact me and I will provide a refund or replacement as soon as possible.

The purchase of my original art, prints or any other item with my design, does not transfer reproduction rights of my work to you.
