Custom illustrated portrait

 
Are looking for a beautiful personalized gift for your loved one, your friend or yourself? This custom illustrated portrait will capture not only the unique features of those in it but also their interests and hobbies. The detailed background will allow us to include a lot of meaningful objects to make this illustration extra special.
 
This portrait will be digitally hand-drawn by me and you will be involved in the process from the initial sketch to the final piece.
 

What is the process?

 
1 – Select the number of people you want in the portrait and complete your order (1 pet included for free). If you want to add more people/characters or pets, or if you have anything else in mind, please, contact me before purchasing and we will discuss a custom quote.
 
2 – Send me a message via Etsy or an email at [email protected] with reference photos of the people to be included in the portrait (and the pets, if any) as well as all the details you can think of regarding clothing, poses, a background description and elements to include in it (more reference photos are welcome), colors, etc.
 
3 – After receiving all your info, I will work on a rough pencil sketch to show you an initial composition in 1-2 business days.
 
4 – After we discuss the rough sketch in case you want to change anything, I will create a detailed pencil sketch and will send it to you in 5-6 business days. We can work together on 2-3 small revisions to adjust details you may want to change.
 
5 – Once the final sketch is confirmed, I will draw the outlines digitally and send you a color palette proposal.
 
6 – Once we agree on the colors, I will work on the final illustration to send you the digital file (JPEG 300 dpi) in 4-5 business days.
 
Please, consider:
 

• As you can see in the examples, the subject does not need to be a person. It could be an anthropomorphic animal based on a pet photo.
• The illustration will be created in the same style as those you can see on this product page.
• The final product is a digital file you will receive via email. If you also want to get a physical print of your portrait, please, contact me before purchasing and I will send you a price list.
• The custom portrait you will receive is for personal use only. If you need it for commercial use, please, contact me before purchasing.
• Due to the custom nature of this service, no refunds will be issued once the creative work has started.
